What can be done to improve the forums

As of right now, these forums are practically dead. I would like to hear from all of you that check here what we can do make these forums a more fun place.

As of now the VWI is going through some changes, as will be seen in the coming show, and I want to try to make the fed the best it can be. I know this cannot be done alone, it's easier to get excited about doing things when you guys are excited also. And it's a two-way street, I also need to make you look forward to results and get them out quicker.

Hopefully we can get everything running quickly and move forward with a successful fed.

I know I'm new to VWI and to trivia world as a whole but I have some ideas

now how about a chat show which could be part of the fourm where every week or two there could be a segment where there is one of the VWI roster interviewed, and if I could be so bold I could host the show and call it the Truth Serum, but with an added twist the rest of the roster could send me one question and one question only that can be asked to the star of the week on my show

How about predictions thread, where everyone can predict the results of the card

What about a simple thread with wrestling news. youtube wrestling matches

I know this could be a bold idea, but what about short version of results from other trivia feds

how about "if I was a booker" thread

Score 1 for S13. I refuse to call him by his lame gimmick name.

House shows are hard to pull off with a small roster that it requires a lot of people to be available at a specific time. Honestly, WWS had trouble with them sometimes with 100+ members.

Now to Scott's other ideas:

Prediction thread is something I ddi start but haven't kept up with. This wouldn't require much so I'd think this would be rather do-able if people would participate.

Results from other trivia feds? Not very many, although I see "Ace" has set up a forum to discuss other feds.

"If I was booker" thread could be started by anybody, so go for it. Same with dream VWI card.

Now onto the most important opinion, mine.

I think the best way to get the forums going would generate actual interest in the fed. Like "Ace" said, this requires the effort of all the members. The best way to keep a fed interesting for everyone involved is to actively participate.

Even writing a short interview for each card would not require much time, and would allow you to develop your character. This is how you get known people. The more interesting you can make your promos, the more people will pay attention to you.

The more people that participate, the better the angles become, and the better the fed is overall.

Anyway, this is just my input. I feel that it should be validated, due to my tenure and achievements in "virtual sports entertainment." Ha.

Why just because Sexy 13 put 5 words together and came up with some stupid sentence that makes completely no sense? The score still stands at Weapon X 20 Sexy 13 1.
